1. Cancellation by the Customer
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
- No-shows or failure to arrive on time will be considered a cancellation and are non-refundable.
2. Changes or Rescheduling
- You may request to reschedule your booking free of charge, up to 24 hours before the tour.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
3. Cancellation by Tornado Rafting
- In case of bad weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel or reschedule the activity.
- If we cancel the tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
