Your safety is our priority. If the weather conditions are unsafe, we may reschedule your tour or provide a full refund.
Children above the age of 6 can join certain tours with parental supervision. However, some activities like rafting and buggy safari require participants to be at least 12 or 14 years old. Please check each tour’s age restriction on the tour page.
Basic swimming skills are recommended but not mandatory. All participants are provided with life jackets and are accompanied by professional guides throughout the tour.
