DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) is made between:

2. Subject of the Contract

This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale and provision of adventure tour services (such as rafting, zipline, jeep safari, quad/buggy safari, canyoning, etc.) offered by the Seller, as detailed on the Seller’s website.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are made through the Seller’s website by selecting the desired tour package and date.
  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
  • Payment methods include online payment via the website or cash payment on the day of the activity, as specified during the booking process.

4. Service Delivery

  • The Seller provides adventure tour services in Antalya, Turkey, including hotel pick-up and drop-off within the Antalya and Alanya regions.
  • Detailed information about each tour, including duration, activities included, and pricing, is available on the Seller’s website.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

  • The Buyer may cancel the booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour date.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • If the Seller cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather conditions), the Buyer is entitled to a full refund or may reschedule the tour.

6. Buyer’s Obligations

  • The Buyer must provide accurate personal information during the booking process.
  • Participants must be in good health and meet the physical requirements for the selected activities.
  • Certain activities may have age and health restrictions; it’s the Buyer’s responsibility to review these before booking.

7. Seller’s Obligations

  • The Seller commits to providing the booked services as described on the website.
  • In case of any changes or cancellations, the Seller will inform the Buyer promptly and offer alternatives or refunds as applicable.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • This Contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
  • Any disputes arising from this Contract will be resolved by the competent courts and enforcement offices in Antalya, Turkey.

9. Final Provisions

  • By completing the booking process, the Buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Contract.
  • This Contract is stored electronically by the Seller and can be provided to the Buyer upon request.
